Well selling plants on a lovely spring day in Dunstable seems to get harder and harder every year. What with competition from Wlkinson's just opposite, and from the man on the market who cut his prices specially for us, we really did not make the sales we should have.
Total profits this year were just over £300, roughly £200 on plants and the other £100 on bric-a-brac, books and games.
People have been heard questioning whether we should carry on. What do you think?
