| The Methodist church will be celebrating Harvest Festival which will include church parade for Scouts and Guides. All are welcome, please arrive at the Church Hall (where we normally meet) at 10:15 in full-uniform. This year the church are collecting donations for the Dunstable Food Bank if you can, please bring a donation of: Meat in Sauce, Tinned Meat, Pasta Sauce, Long Life Milk, Tinned Vegetables, Rice Pudding, Custard, Sponge Pudding, Instant Mash, Jam, Honey, Peanut Butter, Snack (crisps, biscuits, sweets). The Church support our group by providing the halls free of charge, we like to support them with their 5 all age services each year. | ||||||

| We will be joining the Church for their Remembrance Sunday service. We will be meeting at the Church Hall at 10:15 and will parade around the outside of the church before joining the service. The service will end at around 11:30 and walk back around from the Church hall where the young people will be dismissed. Your Squirrel, Beaver, Cub or Scout should wear their full uniform, smart trousers/skirt and smart shoes and should remember to bring a poppy. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay for the service. Please note the service will be recorded and streamed on YouTube, if you do not want your child to be filmed please make us aware. The Church is very supportive of our Scout Group, and a good turnout will help to show our appreciation. We look forward to seeing you there. | ||||||
